Sports Hall at Nofim school
Nofim School is an elementary school located in the neighborhood of Kiryat Shalom in south Tel Aviv. Kiryat Shalom has a population of 10,000 residents, most of whom are Bukharian immigrants who arrived in Israel in the 1960s and 1970s.
The school has 284 students from a variety of backgrounds, with a variety of needs. There are new immigrants, single-parent families, and children with various learning disabilities and a range of emotional, developmental and behavioral problems.
Nofim School seeks to provide a holistic educational experience to its students to develop their individual interests and skills. The curriculum includes robotics, music, theater, chess, visual art, and music. Sport and physical education is a key element of this program and requires a proper facility.
The indoor sports center will be built adjacent to the outdoor court that currently exists at the school. It will be a two-story building on an area of approximately 1200 square meters. The building will be comprised of a multipurpose court for basketball and handball, 90 seats for spectators, changing rooms, referees’ rooms, storage areas, and a bomb shelter.

The indoor sports center will be named according to the donor’s request.
