Museum of Mathmathics Tel Aviv Yafo

These days, an innovative mathematics museum is being established in Tel Aviv -the first of its kind in Israel, with support from the Samueli Foundation. The museum will span approximately 1,200 square meters and serve as an experiential space combining learning, creativity, and inspiration. Its goal is to make the beauty of mathematics accessible to everyone, and to reveal its connection to all areas of life – from nature and art to technology, music, design, finance, data, AI, and much more.

The museum visit will invite the public to touch, experience, and discover: interactive installations, international exhibits, rotating exhibitions, and outdoor spaces that will spark curiosity and creative thinking. The emphasis is on active experience, allowing students, families, young and old – each and every person – to experience mathematics in a tangible and inspiring way.

The museum is being built in south Tel Aviv, in the heart of a revitalizing and vibrant area, integrating with the local community as part of the city’s vision of creativity, openness, and innovation. Alongside partnerships with academic institutions and the high-tech industry, it will also serve as a welcoming community space, opening the gates of mathematics to all segments of the population.
