Levy Family Starts the New Year in Tel Aviv
Monday, 16 January 2012 08:12

Liza Levy, her husband, Michael, and their children Justin, Allison and Lindsay from Potomac, MD, spent a meaningful, busy New Year’s Day touring with Meggie Navon.  Their visit ranged from Bialik Rogozin, where children from 48 different countries come to start a new life in Israel – to Hemda, the one-of-a-kind science education center where high school students, regardless of socio-economic background, can study science at an advanced level.

Rounding out their tour, they went to the Illegal Immigrants Park – commemorating refugee ships such as the Exodus, which was instrumental in helping to establish the state of Israel.  They ended their day dancing with Holocaust survivors at Café Europa.  Thank you to the Levys for sharing part of your visit to Israel with us.
